Saturday March 23, 14.49. 15.02km. 1.19'20". 5:17 min/km.
A very satisfyingly long 15k – not least because the last two or three kilometers were through a freezing icy rain storm! Also, I ran through some parts of Berlin I've never been through before so stopped and walked quite a bit around the 10km point to check my route.
Thursday March 21, 05.18. 7.44km. 39'03". 5:15 min/km.
Added more hills again, this time coming back around and repeating the climb in order to extend my total elevation for the route. I was still probably climbing for only a couple of minutes but it's an improvement on zero climbing!
Tuesday March 19, 08.04. 8.28km. 42'39". 5:09 min/km.
I added a short hill run to this route – hills are tricky to find in Berlin, and there aren't many options. This one is in Hasenheide and takes about 40 seconds to run up.
